Crystal's Fantasies must be notified no later than 24 hours from when you submit your order if an order must be cancelled. 

Returns are allowed within 14 days however, the products should be in its original package, and the items should be in original condition. Shipping will not be covered by Crystal's Fantasies. You are responsible for the shipping cost and any damages to the returned item. Once items arrive they will be inspected for any damages. Your refund will be made once the inspection process is complete. 

We do not accept exchanges.
